In paragraph No.15 of the application, the applicant has made a specific statement that application for seeking bail is not filed on behalf of the applicant earlier. The application is supported by affidavit of Smt. Vidhya (wife of the applicant). Learned A. P. P. has pointed out the copy of order at page No.49 alongwith the application which shows that Criminal Application (BA) No.207 of 2017 filed by the applicant is rejected by order dated 31st March, 2017. The copy of Criminal Application (BA) No.207 of 2017 on page No.42 alongwith the application shows that the applicant prayed for direction to the non-applicant for releasing the applicant on bail having been arrested in Crime No.25 of 2017. The prayer in the present applicant is also same. As the applicant has not been able to point out any change in the circumstances and false and misleading statement is made in the application, the application is dismissed. JUDGE PBPATIL.
