A pursis dated 23/08/2020 has been placed on behalf of the petitioner in this writ petition stating that the petitioner desires to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to exhaust the alternative remedy of filing revision under Section 9 of the Maharashtra Money Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
