Considering the reasons mentioned in the civil application, the civil application for amendment stands allowed and disposed of. The amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today and copy of amended petition be served on the other side. WRIT PETITION NO. 86 OF 2025 Heard.

The termination of the petitioner from the post of 'Medical Officer' preceded with an enquiry. It is contention that, leave apart the service of enquiry report, an opportunity of personal hearing was not offered to him before effecting the termination. It is claimed that the termination order will act as an embargo on future employment.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents, returnable on 10.06.2025.
