Letter dated 12.02.2019 has been received from the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur, seeking extension of time of three months for deciding the objection in Special Darkhast No.49 of 2014. It is pointed out to this Court that on 27.11.2018, this Court had granted four weeks time for deciding the application, which expired long ago and that the letter has been sent by the aforesaid Court after expiry of about more than 1 1⁄2 months from the date, by which the objection was to be decided.
