The learned Advocate for the applicants states that the application of applicant No.2 is not pressed. As far as the applicant No.1 is concerned, the learned Advocate has submitted that he is falsely implicated. It is stated that the applicant No.1 is not involved in any other crime / offence.
The application is opposed on the ground that there is ample material against the applicant No.1 showing his involvement in the crime.
