Heard Ms. R. Palaspagar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Shri S.D. Sirpurkar, learned A.P.P. for respondents.

Though reply affidavit could not be filed, learned A.P.P. upon instructions states that respondents have no objection for release of petitioner for attending marriage of his daughter scheduled on 28.04.2017 at Malkapur, District Buldhana.

In view of this no objection, we direct the respondents to obtain necessary bonds and undertaking from the petitioner as also his sureties and

Order 2004wp345.17 release him for attending marriage of his daughter by 25.04.2017, for a period of two weeks.

Writ Petition is partly allowed and disposed of. No costs.
