The petition has been filed for direction to consider the case of the petitioner for premature release.

The learned APP states that the proposal is pending before the State Government and the State Government would decide it as expeditiously as possible.

We, therefore, dispose of the petition with a direction to the respondents to decide the proposal of categorization and premature release of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of three months from today.

The fees of the learned counsel appointed for the petitioner are quantified at Rs.1500/-.
