Prayer is to permit the claimants to withdraw the amount of enhanced compensation. The reasons for seeking withdrawal are mentioned in para 3 of the application.

Application is opposed on behalf of the original appellant. It is submitted that in case such permission is granted interest of the appellant be protected.

The claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation as deposited, subject to furnishing usual undertaking in this Court. Civil Application is allowed in aforesaid terms and disposed of. JUDGE
