By this writ petition, the petitioner had sought a direction against the respondents to give admission to the daughter of the petitioner in Diploma in Special Training (M.R.) in the academic session 2005-06.

On a perusal of the prayer clause, it appears that the cause for filing the writ petition has been rendered infructuous. By the prayer made in the writ petition, the petitioner had sought his daughter's admission in Diploma in Special Training (M.R.) in the academic session 2005-06. Ten more sessions are already concluded after 2005-2006 session.

Hence, we dismiss the writ petition with no order as to costs. Rule stands discharged.
