DATE : 20.08.2016 By this application, the petitioner seeks a direction restraining the respondents from granting permission to any Society to start the Urdu Medium Schools, in pursuance of the advertisement dated 19.8.2014.

We are not inclined to consider granting the relief as sought in this application.

By this writ petition, the petitioner challenges the order of the respondent no.1, dated 27.8.2009 rejecting the application made by the petitioner - Society to run a Urdu Medium School. The cause of action for filing the petition

and filing the present application is different. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the action on the part of the respondent no.1 in proceeding to finalize the applications, in pursuance of the advertisement, dated 19.8.2014, the petitioner has other remedies.

The prayer made in the civil application stands rejected.

CIVIL APPLICATION W. NO.636/2016 The learned Counsel for the parties state that the writ petition is already listed on the Board for final hearing. In view of the aforesaid, the civil application stands disposed of.
