Mr. Pande, learned counsel for the respondent nos.1 and 2 has tendered across the bar a Pursis under the signatures of the respondent nos.1 and 2 of which respondent no.2 is present in the Court today, stating that the plaintiffs/respondent nos.1 and 2 herein have admitted the contents, execution and signatures on the documents which are marked as Exhs.88, 89 and 90 and therefore, they do not want to lead any evidence vis-a-vis issue nos. 1 and 2. Insofar as issue nos. 3 and 4 are concerned, they have reserved their rights to lead evidence in rebuttal as the burden is cast upon the defendant nos.1 and 2/petitioners herein, after the closure of the evidence of defendant nos. 1 and 2, in case they feel it necessary. The Pursis is accepted on record and marked as 'X' for the purpose of identification.

The Pursis in sum and substance takes care of the grievance of Mr. De, learned counsel for the petitioners as raised in the present petition, in view of the order below Exh.94 dated 7.3.2018 (page 49). The respondent nos.1 and 2 shall place a similar Pursis on the record of the learned trial Court.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in view of the Pursis.
