The applicants/ respondent Nos. 1 to 3 have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant. In response, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that she has no objection if 50% of the amount, along with the accrued interest, is permitted to be withdrawn. In view of the same, the application is partly allowed.

The Registrar (J) is directed to transfer 50% of the compensation amount, along with the accrued interest, into the bank accounts of respondent Nos. 1 to 3, subject to usual undertakings, within three weeks upon their furnishing the bank account details to the Registry. The application is disposed of. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO 1350 OF 2024 List the application after four weeks.
