Taking in view the difference between the amount of compensation awarded by the Land Acquisition Officer and the Reference Court and the evidence available on record, the claimant is permitted to withdraw fifty per cent of the amount deposited by the appellant upon furnishing a usual undertaking and the balance fifty per cent, upon furnishing a solvent security, both to the satisfaction of the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
