DATED : 28/08/2020 We have heard learned counsel for the applicant.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, application is allowed. Time is extended for further period of six months from the date of the order within which the trial be concluded. If the physical Court hearing does not start in next two months, the trial Court shall conduct the trial through facility of Video Conferencing, after seeking necessary approvals and subject to such approvals being given by the High Court administration, in which case the prosecution as well as the accused shall co-operate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of this case within the time sought

(2) CAW.898.20 by none other than the accused himself. If the approval is not granted by the High Court administration, time of six months given herein above, shall start running from the day next to the day on which physical Court starts functioning.
