By the order dated 12.04.2023, this Court has noticed that inadvertently, the appeal was placed before the Panel of National Lok-Adalat, without verifiying the Form-N. In fact, the First Appeal No.761 of 2009 is placed before the National Lok-Adalat and it was shown to be disposed of.

The report of the Registrar (Judicial) also shows that inadvertently, the First Appeal No.761 of 2012 was withdrawn and presently it came to be disposed of.

Considering the report of Registrar (Judicial), Registry to take necessary steps to restore the appeal at its original stage. 4.

The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. 5.
