The present application is filed for restoration of Writ Petition. The registration of this petition is refused by the Registrar (Judicial) by the conditional order dated 10.03.2025 for want of removal of office objections.

It is contention of the applicants that they have removed the office objections, however the Registry again listed the matter for removal of the office objection as it was not properly carried out. Three weeks time was granted however, due to oversight, the office objections could not be removed in Writ Petition St. No.23944/2024.

As such, it appears that there is inadvertent mistake on the part of Counsel for petitioner in not noting subsequent objection and he remained under

Accordingly, the order passed by the Registrar (Judicial) dated 10.03.2025 is hereby quashed and set aside.

The Registry is hereby directed to restore the Writ Petition on its original stamp number.

7.

After registration of the Writ Petition on its original stamp number, the petitioners to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks. 8.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
