It appears that already 50% of the amount of compensation is permitted to be withdrawn by this Court by the order dated 2/2/2015. While granting permission, this Court has observed that there is an issue regarding contributory negligence and permitted to withdraw only 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant.

In view of the said order, this civil application cannot be considered and it is accordingly rejected. No order as to costs.
