11/04/ The joint application is filed for modification of orders dated 22/08/2022 and 08/03/2023 passed by this Court. There was settlement arrived at between the parties and joint compromise pursis came to be filed. Accordingly, it was agreed that respondent No.1Ranjana d/o Pandurang Dahat, respondent No.2 Ravindra s/o Pandurang Dahat, intervention applicant No.1 Parwati wd/o Pandurang Dahat and applicant No.2 Vandana d/o Pandurang Dahat all are entitled for Rs.5,41,961/- along with accrued interest. However, it appears that the figure mentioned in the pursis is not as per the information supplied by the Bank. As such, instead of going into controversy as to what amount is lying with the Bank along with accrued interest, Nazir is directed that the amount so

2 936 caf 1062-2023 lying with the Oriental Bank of Commerce (Punjab National Bank), Nagpur be distributed in equal share to the persons as referred above within a period of two weeks.

The Registry is directed to take necessary steps for disbursement of the said amount.

The orders dated 22/08/2022 and 08/03/2023 are modified accordingly.

The application stands disposed of accordingly.
