DATE : 05/08/2022 Mr. Samarth, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the reply has been received and the Chartered Accountant has filed the Company Application No. 3/2022 for payment of professional fees for filing income tax returns of the companies in liquidation.

The Official Liquidator is directed to examine the bills and in case they are found to be properly raised, pay them from the common pool funds, except for the bill for the period 2013 to 2014, which is claimed to have been already received.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
