The prayer made in the present petition is to issue direction to the respondents - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal to consider the representations dated 03.04.2023 and 24.03.2025 for grant of benefit of additional house rent allowances as per pay scale of 6th Pay Commission and 7th Pay Commission under the provisions of Government Resolution dated 06.08.2002 and 17.02.2001 and grant arrears. 2.

The learned Counsel for the respondent - Zilla Parishad makes a statement that the Chief Executive Officer will decide the said representations within eight weeks from today. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent - Chief Executive Officer to decide the above referred representations of the petitioners within eight weeks from today.

The learned Counsel for the respondent - Zilla Parishad undertakes to communicate this order to the Chief Executive Officer.
