This is an application seeking permission to deposit the balance amount of compensation. In view of the facts stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The appellant shall deposit balance amount within one week.

Subject to deposit of the amount within one week there shall be stay to the execution of judgment and award dated 19.05.2022 passed by the Presiding Officer, Land Acquisition, Resettlement and Rehabilitation Authority, Nagpur in LAC No. 1124/AMT/AMT/2018.
