DATE : 10.04.2019 The Standing Committee of the Municipal Council, Morshi, has passed a resolution in favour of the petitioner in respect of his reinstatement on the post of Assistant Teacher. But, it seems that the Chief Officer, Municipal Council, Morshi, has not complying it. The petitioner has a remedy to approach the Regional Director of Municipal Administration under Section 318 of the Maharashtra Municipal Councils Nagar Panchayats and Industrial Township Act, 1965. All questions raised in this petition are left open. With this liberty, the petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
