The present application is for seeking permission for withdrawal of the entire deposited decreetal amount.

The respondent No.1 is seeking withdrawal of the amount as the land is acquired and now he has no source of income.

The said application is opposed by the learned Advocate for the appellant on the ground that the appellant has challenged the quantum of the compensation, considering the very meager amount Rs.1,14,364/- is involved. The respondent No.1 can be permitted to withdraw the said amount on usual undertaking.

In view of that respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,14,364/- along with the accrued interest on due identification and verification. 5.

Civil Application is disposed of.

First Appeal No.454/2022 1.

Appellant to file the private paper book within eight weeks.
