The trial Court has allowed the prosecution to examine one Arun Bapurao Kamble as a witness. This was objected by the petitioner. The objection was rejected, against which the present petition is filed.

The order under challenge is purely interlocutory in nature and does not call for any interference at this stage.

The petition is dismissed.

The trial shall go on. If the decision of the

wp750of2017.odt trial Court goes against the petitioner, it shall be open for him to raise the objection in question in appropriate proceedings, as are available in law. If the petitioner succeeds in convincing the Court that examination of this witnesses should not have been permitted, the Court shall ignore the evidence of the said witness.
