Heard learned Advocate Shri Dhawas for the applicant. He has submitted that the report was lodged by the victim and offences punishable under Sections 354-D, 500 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code were registered. Later on, she developed story of having sexual intercourse under the promise of marriage. Learned Advocate has submitted that the investigation is complete and chargesheet is likely to be filed. 3.
Heard Shri Joshi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor. He has submitted that the applicant taken obscene photographs of the victim and pressurized her for sexual intercourse. Therefore, the application is liable to be rejected.

Perused the report. In the report, victim not stated about the sexual intercourse. She has only stated that the applicant was showing her obscene photographs. But during investigation, she has stated that the applicant did sexual intercourse with her. From the perusal of report, it is clear that the victim was aged about about 23 years. It appears that she was in love with the applicant. Due to the break-up between the applicant and complainant, problems created between them. The complainant was aged about 23 years. She has not disclosed about the sexual intercourse in the report. Looking to the allegations in the report, the applicant is entitled for bail. Hence, following order.
(I) The application is allowed.
(II) The applicant be released on bail on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with one solvent surety of like amount on condition that the applicant shall not pressurize the prosecution witnesses.
