By this application respondent No.1 original claimant seeks permission for withdrawal of the entire decreetal amount along with interest.

Learned counsel for the appellant Mr. Marathe has raised objection on the ground that appellant has challenged the award passed by the Reference Court as amount of compensation awarded is excessive and exorbitant one.

Respondent No.1 - original claimant submitted that his land is already acquired by the Government, now he has no source of income. Considering meager amount is involved, original claimant is permitted to withdraw the entire decreetal amount along with the accrued interest thereon. The
