The learned A.P.P. makes a statement that on 05.12.2020 a chargesheet came to be filed. Whereas, the learned counsel for the applicant points out that there was an order directing not to file the chargesheet. 2.

Be that as it may, the fact remains that the chargesheet has been filed rightly or wrongly. This application is pending for last five years, even after filing of the chargesheet.
