By this application, the applicant/appellant is seeking condonation of delay which is caused in preferring the appeal against the acquittal along with application for the leave to file. 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that judgment of the acquittal was passed, and the applicant has filed an application for certified copy. Inadvertently, the appeal was not file within time and therefore, delay of 03 days is caused.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application, which appears to be reasonable and satisfactory. The delay of 03 days is condoned.
