This is an application for suspension of substantive jail sentence and for grant of bail. The applicant is convicted, by learned Special Judge, in the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 for commission of offence under Section 366-A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and also under Section 4 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.
