DATE : 18/11/2022 Present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing the application for restoration of Civil Application No. 681/2021. The ground for delay has given in paragraph No.3 that Counsel was not well and could not appear in the matter on 14/12/2020. The learned Counsel submits that as per direction of this Court vide order dated 14/12/2020, amount of Rs.10,000/- is already deposited. Receipt of payment is filed along with application. 2.

Learned Counsel for respondent vehemently opposed the application. However, for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that there is no intentional or
