DATE : 21.8.2015 As the registration of the writ petition was refused for non-removal of office objections, without issuing notice to the non-applicants and accepting the reasons, as stated in the application, the delay in filing the miscellaneous civil application is condoned. For the same reasons, as stated above, the order passed by the learned Registrar (J.) on 3rd March, 2014 is set aside and the writ petition is restored.

The civil application and miscellaneous civil application are allowed accordingly.

2 cao1352.15 WRIT PETITION NO.154/2014 If the office objections are not removed within two weeks, writ petition shall stand dismissed without reference to Court with costs quantified at Rs.1,000/- (Rs. One Thousand Only) to be deposited by the petitioners with the Legal Aid Services Sub-Committee, High Court, Nagpur.
