When this writ petition came up for admission and hearing on 23.04.2015, a statement was made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners were not challenging the decree for eviction and possession and they only needed some time to vacate the premises, as the process of vacating the premises was going on after securing an alternate accommodation. In view of the aforesaid statement, this Court permitted the petitioners to hand over the vacant possession of the premises to the respondent-landlord till 23.06.2015. It is most likely that the petitioners must have vacated the premises and handed over the possession of the premises to the respondent during the pendency of the writ petition. It appears that the grievance of the petitioners stands redressed, as by the interim order, they were permitted to occupy the premises till 23.06.2015. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
