Shri S.O. Ahmed, the learned counsel appears for the non-applicants in all these applications.
Both the parties have filed a common pursis dated 24-4-2014, marked 'X' for identification, in all these applications; the contents of the same, are reproduced below : "
The applicant and non applicant submit as under.
That, the applicant shall refund the 1% amount of the entire sale consideration deposited by the non-applicant, to the non-applicant so that the non-applicant can deposit the same with the Income Tax Department and after getting the said TDS Certificate from the Income Tax Department, the applicant shall execute the sale deed in the name of non-applicant. Hence this joint pursis."
In view of the aforesaid pursis, the Official Liquidator shall refund 1% of the entire sale consideration to the non-applicants within a period of two weeks from today, and execute the sale-deed in respect of the property in question within a period of two weeks thereafter, after getting the TDS from the Income-Tax Department.
All these applications stand disposed of.
