DATED : 01/02/2023 The petitioner is assailing communication dated 17.03.2022 addressed by the Principal of Dr. Haribhau Admane Arts and Commerce College, Saoner purporting to treat the alleged absence of the petitioner from duty from 06.10.2021 to 10.03.2022 as leave without pay. 2.

We are not inclined to delve deeper, since we find that there is a serious factual dispute which we ought not to adjudicate in writ jurisdiction. The petitioner has the remedy, even according to the Management, to approach the Grievance Committee, and we relegate the petitioner SM Gate

934wp 3049.2022.odt to the said remedy. We trust and hope that if there is any delay in approaching the Grievance Committee, due consideration shall be given by the Grievance Committee to the time consumed in the pending petition. 3.

The petition is disposed of, with liberty, as aforestated.
