Heard Shri Rahul Dhande, learned counsel for the applicant - petitioner.

The submission is, Jitendra Wagh was already Municipal Commissioner when this Court issued restraining orders and he has violated the same. Shri Dhande, learned counsel, therefore, seeks leave to implead Shri Wagh, as party respondent No. 2.

Civil Application is accordingly allowed. The necessary amendment be carried out immediately. 4.

Issue fresh notice before admission to both the respondents, returnable on 19.06.2018.
