This application is seeking stay to the effect, operation and execution of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the 4th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No.387/2016.

On depositing the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest within ten
(2) 52.caf.1252.2023 weeks, the effect, operation and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the 4th Joint Civil Judge Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No.387/2016 is stayed till final disposal of the appeal.

On failure to deposit the amount within above said period, the stay granted will be vacated automatically without further reference to the Court. 4.
Civil Application is disposed of.
