It is seen from the case diary that illicit liquor has been seized from accused no. 2 as mentioned in column no. 9. This column does not make any mention about the place from where seizure of illicit liquor has occurred. For the present, there is no material to prima facie indicate that this applicant is a dealer of illicit liquor. If this is the case as far as this crime is concerned, there is no prima facie material to implicate this applicant in the crime and, therefore, criminal antecedents of this applicant would be insignificant. Application is allowed. It is directed that in the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime No. 11/2018 registered with Police Station, Aashti for the offences punishable under Sections 65 (e) and 83 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, he be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs. 50,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum, on the following conditions:

(1) Applicant shall attend the Police Station everyday

2 aba231.18 between 10.00 am and 12.00 pm for a period of one week starting from 14th April 2018 and thereafter as and when required by the police, till filing of the charge-sheet. (2) Applicant shall cooperate with the investigating officer in investigation.

(3) Applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses in any manner.
