In the judgment and order dated 08/04/2022 while recording the number of Misc.Criminal Application moved by the appellant for grant of pre-arrest bail, it was wrongly recorded as 'Misc.Criminal Application No. 890/2021' instead of "Misc.Criminal Application No.886/2021".

In view of above, necessary correction be carried out in paragraph No.3 as well as in clause (ii) of the operative order in the judgment dated 08/04/2022 and corrected judgment/order be uploaded afresh.

The Criminal Application stands disposed of accordingly.
