Prayer of the Petitioner is to release the seized Bricks. 2.

After having heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and leaned In-charge Government Pleader, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present petition with a direction to the Respondent No.1 Sub Divisional Officer to decide the representation dated February 3rd, 2022 preferred by the Petitioner which is produced at 'Annexure E' as expeditious as possible, and in any case, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

We expect that the Respondent No.1 Sub Divisional Officer, Akot to be sensitive to the fact that the First Information Report against the Petitioner has already been quashed. 5.
