DATE : AUGUST 28, 2017 By this application it is prayed that as the dispute between the parties has been duly resolved and compromise has been arrived at, the appeal be disposed of in aforesaid terms.

By order dated 01/08/2017, proceedings were referred for mediation. It is reported by the Co-ordinator that the mediation has been successful.

The suit property is proposed to be sold to the parties represented by Advocate Shri Amit Band. This settlement is accepted by the appellants as well as the respondents.

Hence the second appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise that has been recorded before the Mediator on 18/08/2017. These terms have been signed by all the parties. Decree be drawn up in terms of compromise. No order as to costs. Application is disposed of.
