Challenge in the petition is about lapsing of acquisition in view of Section 24 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 the petition therefore, cannot be considered on merits.

However, leave to amend is granted. The application is disposed of accordingly.

Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks.
