In view of settlement arrived at is taken on record, the appeal is disposed of in terms of compromise.

The Appeal stands disposed of in terms of compromise Form "N" accordingly. Civil Application, if any, also disposed of. The Respondents/Claimants shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation, if deposited in the Court, alongwith accrued interest, in accordance with law.
