For the reasons recorded in Writ Petition No.3237 of 2014, we intend to partly allow this writ petition as the facts and the grounds in Writ Petition No.3237 of 2014 and the instant petition are identical.

Hence, for the reasons recorded in the order dated 21.04.2015 in Writ Petition No.3237 of 2014, we partly allow this writ petition. The impugned order of the management council is quashed and set aside. The matter is remanded to the management council for a fresh decision after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and the respondent no.4. The management council is directed to take the decision as early as possible and positively within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the order as the respondent no.1-University is not represented by a counsel, today.

Order Accordingly. No costs.
