A limited prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the learned Sessions Court to decide the application for discharge filed by the petitioner at Exh.6, within a stipulated time and preferably before 30/06/2022.

Shri Chutke, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent/State has no objection to the prayer made, considering which, the writ petition is allowed. The learned Sessions Court is directed to decide the application for discharge at Exh.6 by 30/06/2022.

A copy of this order shall be placed by the petitioner before the learned Sessions Court to make the Court aware of this order.
