O R D E R

(Passed on 11th December, 2021) The matter is amicable settled. The parties have filed the terms of compromise i.e. Form 'N'. The terms of compromise are verified and found to be correct. Both the parties have admitted that they have accepted the terms of the terms of compromise. The award be drawn in terms of compromise. As per the terms of compromise the respondent No.2 Insurance company shall pay amount of Rs.1,25,000/- to the claimants within three months from the date of the award. Failing which, an interest @ of 7.5 % p.a. be payable by the Insurance Company to the claimants. The first appeal accordingly stands disposed of. The Court fee, as per rules, be refunded to the appellant-Insurance Company.
