Applicant/respondent No. 2 the mother of the deceased has filed this application for permitting her to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited with Commissioner (under Workmen's Compensation Act and Labour Court, Wardha), the learned counsel for appellant has no objection for disbursement of 50% of the amount. The compensation amount deposited with the Commissioner was directed to be invested in fixed deposited by the order of this Court dated 05.03.2018.

Having considered the reason disclosed in the application as well as facts of the case and no objection of learned counsel for appellant, the application is partly allowed. The applicant is permitted to withdraw her 50% share along with the interest accrued thereon, on usual undertaking. The learned Commissioner is directed to transfer 50% amount along with accrued interest thereon, in the bank account of applicant, within four weeks, on receipt of usual undertaking and bank account details. The application is disposed of.
