Though strongly opposed by the learned advocate for the respondent Nos. 1 to 6, accepting the reasons stated in the application, time to deposit the amount of Rs.15,00,000/- is extended till 9th June, 2017. It is clarified that further time will not be granted and if the balance amount of Rs.15,00,000/- is not deposited with the Registry of this Court till 9th June, 2017, the interim order granted on 20th April, 2017 shall stand vacated without reference to the Court and the Decree Holder will be at liberty to proceed with the execution after 9th June, 2017. The civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.

List the petition for further consideration on 16th June, 2017.
