By this application, the applicant is seeking direction for being joined as party respondent in the present writ petition.

It is stated in the application that the applicant is the successful bidder and according to the applicant, major part of the work is already performed by the applicant. 3.

In view of the statement made in the application, we are of the opinion that it would be in the interest of justice to allow the present application.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The applicant is directed to be added as respondent no.5 in the petition.

Amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.
