The present application is for seeking permission to withdraw the entire decretal compensation amount deposited by the appellant/MIDC in view of the judgment dated 16/02/2017.

In view of that, respondent No.1 is entitled to receive the compensation amount. Permission is granted to respondent No.1 to withdraw the compensation amount along with accrued interest.

Amount be disbursed on due identification and verification of Registrar (Judicial).

Civil Application is disposed of.
