Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AGP for respondent nos.1 and 2, who appears by waiving notice for them. There is no need to issue the notice to respondent no.3, as the learned counsel for the petitioners is pressing for only relief as prayed for in prayer clause (a), which is sought against respondent no.2 only.

Hence, Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Heard finally by consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

The Writ Petition is partly allowed.

Respondent No.2 is directed to decide the representation dated 22.03.2021 of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of the appearance of the petitioners before respondent no.2. Rule as above.
